Also, it can be a visit of spirits or non-physical beings that pass you by or appear behind your back. Another similar goosebumps that is of a protector is not fearful. You sense that someone passes you by while you are in the kitchen or walking on the street. They are non-physical beings accompanying you or a passerby and mean no harm.


Feeling sensation in meditation or when receiving healing.

Sensations of energy running like vibrations inside and out of the body indicate the shift of healing energy when practicing or receiving energy healing. Conversely, in meditation, negative influences in spiritual realms can bring feelings of unwellness and even curiosity. This can be the reason why you tap into the lower dimension. Dimension is not always the whole realm of existence compared to the size of the universe or reality. Small realms and small dimensions exist as bubbles. See this when you go inside a temple or someone's house—a close-up private space- the hidden dimensional loops of many. Be mindful to call for assistance from your guardian angels or the archangels to help you distract from it and come back to your body.

A substantial shift of energy or temperature is the sensation our body reacts to inner well-being and outer influence of the physical world. Suppose going outside in winter, from cozy and warm inside the house to work. The body first reacts to sudden changes in temperature. Your nervous system communicates through body reactions like hair standing up and the warmth spreading from inside out to rebalance, feeling the chill of coldness. A resemblance is when sitting on a couch in meditation, doing energy work, channeling energy, listening to frequencies, connecting with chakra, or receiving healing energy. The body sends a sign of energy shift to the skin, making the hair stand up, from hands to shoulder and feet to head, or feeling of energy running up and down on the skin or inside the body. Identify what type of energy, Positive: feeling uplifted, healed, released, enlightened. Negative: worn out, ill, shaking, restless, losing body control.

One can also find positive energy in temples or churches.
