Five ways how to trust your intuition.
Five ways how to trust your intuition (Claircognizance)
Do you often wonder why you know information that comes up when you need an answer to something? And you often wonder if you can trust the information you received?
If someone asks you, how do you know about this information? And your answer is - you know it or you just know it.
Here are five ways you can trust your intuition (Claircognizance).
1. Silence. There is nothing else in mind but the answer. For example, you look at an old picture of you and know you were 19. You don't feel anything at that moment. The only thing you confirmed was the information or an answer. There was no influence or speculation but a direct pop-up hitting you in the brain and nothing else. Do not misinterpret the incoming info with your wishful thinking here. Read the next steps.
2. You have practiced using your intuition, and as a result, you have completed the reality check. Your accuracy in forecasting is a high percentage of at least 90 percent.
3. You don't guess but strive for the correct answer. You know whether there is an answer or not. You accept the idea of true or false. You don't push it. You are open-minded enough to grasp and flow with all possible realities.
4. When you get the answer, feel the connection to the source. Which source is it? Consider it a library; call it a supercomputer or an Akashic record if you like.
You are in a library while you receive the information. In fact, you may be sitting somewhere in your home or in your classroom or office.
5. You have no doubts about the information you have received, and do not challenge yourself now and later when the news arrives. You are steadfast. You trust your gut feeling.
You have to practice at all times. Awareness is the key. You are aware of your development. You know yourself best.
You are always aware of your surroundings: the people around you; you are connected to nature and animals. You are in control of your own emotions. You are an excellent observer. You are adaptable to good or bad situations - you know how to fit in when needed. You are a problem solver.
No guessing, but knowing.
